The German technologies in agriculture are planned to be adopted in the Krasnodar Region
It was discussed during the meeting of Veniamin Kondratyev, the Governor of the Krasnodar Region with the delegation of Bosch Company, led by Hansjuergen Overstolz, the President of the company in Russia and in the near abroad countries.
The Head of the Region emphasized that the production of the German producer is in high demand among local citizens. It is also in demand in the major sectors of regional economy, such as agro-industrial sector and construction.
- The Krasnodar Region is a leading producer and supplier of agricultural production. It is important to provide farmers with high-quality equipment at an affordable cost. The construction complex develops very quickly. The region ranks second in housing construction volume in Russia. There is a need for modern equipment and tools, - Veniamin Kondratyev emphasized.
According to the words of the Governor, the quality of the brand is proved, but it must be more affordable.
- The first step could be location of company’s own logistic complex, - said the Governor.
Hansjuergen Overstolz pointed that the company’s specialists will estimate the logistic system of the company in the nearest future to realize the possibility to open any logistic centers in the region. The main logistic complex of the company is in Moscow.
He also noted that the company is interested in business innovations and implementation of modern technologies in energy and industry.
- We have seven plants in Russia yet, and we plan to increase the income up to 1 billion euro. The most innovative is smart agriculture. In addition, it could be applied in the Krasnodar Region, - noted the Head of Bosch.
According to Andrey Korobka, the Vice-Governor of the region, some of the agriculture enterprises is making re-equipping now.
Veniamin Kondratyev also said that it is possible to establish the center of smart technologies in the Krasnodar Region based on regional university.
